What does a 4 × 8 ft banner mean?
Our size labels are height × width: 4 ft high and 8 ft wide, or 48 × 96 inches. Measure your mounting space before ordering.
Should I order a vinyl banner or a retractable banner?
Choose a vinyl banner when you have a suitable place to hang it with grommets. Choose a retractable banner with a stand for a freestanding indoor display. Check the selected hardware option; a vinyl banner does not include a stand.

Should I choose individual transfers or a gang sheet?
Choose individual transfers for one design at a selected size. Choose a DTF gang sheet to arrange several designs on one sheet; compare the same finished quantity and any cutting charge.
Do I need transfers or finished custom shirts?
Choose DTF transfers if you already have suitable garments and a heat press. Choose custom apparel if you want us to supply and print the garment. For several designs on one film sheet, compare a DTF gang sheet.

How many designs can I upload?
Upload up to 20 artwork files, arrange them on a sheet up to 22 inches wide and review the actual sizes and spacing before checkout.
Does a gang sheet include shirts?
No. It supplies printed transfer film. Cut the designs apart or select available pre-cut finishing, then apply them to suitable fabric with your own heat press.
When is a gang sheet useful for a clothing order?
Use a gang sheet to arrange different logos or repeated designs together on transfer film. Check the size and count of every placed design. It is a transfer product; garments, a heat press and application are not included.

Can UV DTF be used on a shirt?
Choose garment DTF for fabric. UV DTF is intended for smooth hard surfaces such as suitable cups, glass and tumblers; test the actual surface first.
Does my order include a cup?
No. This product supplies your design on UV DTF transfer film. Choose Custom Glass Can Cups if you want a finished printed cup.
Can I put UV DTF in the dishwasher?
Do not assume dishwasher, microwave or soak resistance. Hand wash gently and test the actual blank and coating before ordering a large batch.

What is a UV DTF gang sheet?
Several designs arranged together on printed UV DTF transfer film. Separate the designs and apply them to suitable smooth hard surfaces without a heat press.
How do I count pre-cut pieces?
Count every placed design on one sheet, then multiply by the number of sheet copies. Twenty placed designs on three copies make 60 pieces, so optional pre-cut adds $6.00 at $0.10 per piece.
Can I order several cup decals together?
Yes. Arrange your designs on a UV DTF sheet and check the dimensions of every decal. The order supplies printed transfer film, not the cups. For a finished cup, choose a custom glass can cup.

How are copies and pages counted?
Each PDF page or photo is a page. Set copies for each page; set a page to zero to skip it. Review the total printed pages and current paper and color options before adding to cart.
What should I check before ordering document printing?

How should I wash the cup?
Wash gently by hand with a soft sponge. Do not soak or microwave. Hand wash the bamboo lid separately.
Does this product include the cup or only the decal?
This product includes one printed 16 oz glass can cup. Select the lid-and-straw option if you need those accessories. Choose UV DTF stickers instead if you already have the blank cup and want to apply your own decal.

Is shape cutting an extra charge?
No. This product includes cutting around your design with a thin white edge. It is different from optional transfer-film pre-cut finishing.
What is the minimum quantity?
The current die-cut sticker minimum is 10 per size. Different sizes do not combine into one quantity tier. Review the live quantity choices and line total before payment.
Which stickers should I order for packaging?
Die-cut stickers are a choice for branded packaging, laptops and gifts. Match the size to the available surface and check the minimum quantity for that size. For a hard-surface transfer without a conventional vinyl sticker, compare UV DTF.
