Analytics choices
We use session recordings with page content masked and anonymous interaction events to improve the shop. Interaction logs exclude form values, uploaded artwork and payment details. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are respected by optional analytics.

Information we collect
To process and deliver your order we use your name, email address, contact and address details, and your design and order records. Card details are handled on the Stripe payment page; please do not type your card number into design or support fields.
How we use and share it
We share the information needed with our payment, production, shipping and transactional email providers only to provide these services. These providers may process data outside the United States. Placing an order or creating an account does not mean you agree to receive marketing emails.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The shop stores your cart, designs and, if you choose, your shipping details in your browser so they are still there when you come back. We use analytics tools (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to understand how visitors use the shop and to find and fix problems; Clarity can record how pages are used, with the text you type into forms hidden. We use advertising tools (Google Ads and Meta) to measure which ads lead to orders. These tools use cookies and similar technologies and receive information such as pages viewed, device and browser details and order value, not your card details. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the shop still works, but your saved cart may not be remembered. To ask us not to use your information for advertising, write to longhornprintx@gmail.com.
Your account and secure links
You access your account without a password, by verifying your email address. Your sign-in code and link can be used only once and expire after a short time. Your account shows only the orders from this shop placed with the email address you verified; records from other marketplaces are not imported automatically. Do not share your tracking or sign-in links with others.
Keeping your information and your requests
We keep orders and financial records for delivery, support and applicable legal record-keeping requirements. Sign-in sessions and sign-in links stop working when they expire. You can ask our support team to access, correct or delete your information; records we are legally required to keep may be an exception. Design and cart drafts may also be saved in your browser on your device; on a shared device, sign out and clear your draft.
