Shipping & pickup

United States only

We currently deliver only to addresses in the United States. Whether we can ship to a specific address depends on the items in your cart and the response from the shipping carrier. We never make up a price for, or take payment for, an address we cannot serve.

Production time

Every item is printed to order. The production time of each product is shown on its product page and with your shipping options before you pay. Typical times before your order ships: banners, DTF transfers, stickers and document printing ship in 1 to 2 business days; apparel (t-shirts, sweatshirts and hats) ships in 1 to 3 business days; roll-up banners, canvas, posters and home goods ship in 1 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

Shipping price and delivery time

The shipping price is calculated from the products, the quantity and the delivery address. How long a shipping quote stays valid is shown on screen; when it expires, shipping has to be calculated again. Production time and transit time are separate. The transit time given by the carrier is an estimate and does not include production time. Your estimated ship date and delivery window are shown before you pay.

After payment and design approval, we plan to hand your order to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. Transit time is added to this.

Tracking and delays

A shipping label being created does not mean the package has been handed to the carrier. You can follow production and shipping updates with your order tracking link. If we cannot meet the stated shipping time, we will tell you about the delay and the cancellation or refund options that apply. Your rights do not depend on checking the tracking page.
