Your order is made just for you
Please check the product, size, color, print area, spelling and placement before you pay. The preview is a visual example; small differences in color and texture can occur because of screens and materials. This does not limit your rights for items that are wrong, defective or materially different from the design you approved.
Payment and confirmation
Prices are in US dollars (USD). The products, the shipping you selected and any taxes are shown before you complete payment. Your order is not sent to production until your payment succeeds. We confirm your successful payment and your order details by email. If you are not sure whether your payment went through, check your order status. Do not pay again.
Permission to use your design
You must have the rights needed to use the content you upload. We use your design only to preview, produce and deliver your order. Uploading a design does not allow us to add it to the public inspiration library or to marketing campaigns.
Changes and cancellations
You can send a change or cancellation request before production starts. Sending a request does not mean that production has stopped or that a refund has been approved; we will let you know the current status and our decision. Your mandatory consumer rights for delays, non-delivery or defective items are not affected.
Your rights
These terms do not take away the mandatory consumer rights of the state where you live. A term that conflicts with mandatory rights is not applied to limit those rights. The version and text of the terms you accepted are stored with your order record.
