Before you upload
- Use original transparent artwork rather than a screenshot of a mockup.
- Count design copies, not the number of finished customer orders.
- Transfer orders supply printed film; garments and heat-press application are separate.
Should a POD seller order transfers or finished shirts?
Order DTF transfers when you already have suitable garments, a heat press and an application workflow. Choose finished printed apparel when you want LongHorn to supply and print the garment. This transfer order does not automatically send individual parcels to your own customers.

When will my order be produced and delivered?
Same-day production is available for paid, print-ready orders before 2 PM Central Time on business days, excluding holidays and shop closures. Shipping time is additional. An order needing corrected artwork cannot begin production until usable files arrive. Review the carrier options in checkout or choose Houston pickup and wait for your ready message.
