- A vinyl banner is not an acrylic board, fabric drape or rigid easel sign.
- Example flowers, favors and event furniture are not included.
- Confirm venue permissions and delivery timing with time for setup.
Can I order the welcome image as an acrylic easel sign?
The standard banner product is printed vinyl, and the retractable option is its own display format. An inspiration photograph does not change the material sold. If you want acrylic, a rigid board or another custom setup, contact the team with the dimensions and venue brief before ordering a standard product.

When will my order be produced and delivered?
Same-day production is available for paid, print-ready orders before 2 PM Central Time on business days, excluding holidays and shop closures. Shipping time is additional. An order needing corrected artwork cannot begin production until usable files arrive. Review the carrier options in checkout or choose Houston pickup and wait for your ready message.
