Separate a transfer order from a finished-product order
UV DTF is applied to suitable smooth hard surfaces without a heat press. Garment DTF is a different product applied to suitable fabric with a heat press. Choose the method for the actual item rather than treating the two names as interchangeable.
For a finished 16 oz glass can cup, choose the Custom Glass Can Cups product and check its glass and lid options. For your own cup or other blank, order UV DTF transfer film. A photograph showing an example application does not mean the pictured blank is included.
| What you need | Product to inspect | What is supplied |
|---|---|---|
| One cup logo at a selected size | Individual UV DTF transfer | Printed transfer on film |
| Several logos or wrap designs | UV DTF gang sheet | Your approved sheet layout on film |
| A finished personalized glass cup | Custom Glass Can Cups | One printed cup; lid/straw only with that option |
| A shirt logo | Garment DTF transfer | Heat-transfer film; no shirt or heat press |
Measure the usable area on your actual blank
A cup may taper or have a curve that makes part of its surface unsuitable for a rectangular design. Measure the usable straight area and test a paper outline before selecting a wrap or logo size. Do not assume every cup sold as 16 oz has the same dimensions.
Keep your logo proportions. A 2:1 logo inside a 3 × 3 inch selection is approximately 3 × 1.5 inches before other layout considerations; it is not stretched into a square. Review transparent margins and small text in the actual print preview.
Compare finished transfers, not just sheet prices
For one repeated logo, compare individual transfers with enough gang sheet copies to supply the same physical count. A sheet containing 12 placed designs, ordered twice, supplies 24 design placements. The number of uploaded files alone does not describe that quantity.
Optional pre-cut separates transfer pieces on the liner at $0.10 per physical piece where offered. It is not contour cutting around the artwork. Check the approved layout, piece count, number of copies and finishing total in the cart. Keep enough spacing to cut and handle the pieces.
Plan pickup and test a new surface
Free pickup is at 11500 S Main St #126, Houston, TX 77025. Choose an available production turnaround at checkout. The cutoff is 2 PM Central Time on available production days; wait for the pickup-ready message before collecting. US shipping options are shown separately before payment.
Adhesion and care depend on the blank and its coating. Test the actual item before ordering a large batch. Do not assume dishwasher, microwave, soaking or outdoor exposure suitability from a screen preview. Hand wash gently and follow the guidance for the blank as well as the printed application.
