List the items and count the actual pieces
Start with one row for each item and logo size. The following is a sample order brief, not a size recommendation for every blank. Measure your own items and check an unfamiliar surface before committing to a full run.
| Example item | Example logo width × height | Transfers needed |
|---|---|---|
| 24 smooth glass cups | 2 × 1 in | 24 |
| 12 rigid cases, after a surface test | 1.5 × 0.75 in | 12 |
| 8 smooth display pieces, after a surface test | 3 × 1.5 in | 8 |
| Total physical logo transfers | Three sizes of a 2:1 logo | 44 |
Approve one real size before ordering the batch
Keep the logo proportions. A design twice as wide as it is tall becomes 2 × 1 inches, not 2 × 2. Print a paper outline at actual size and check the smallest letters on the intended item. A slogan that works on a sign may disappear on a small case.
Use the original artwork in the resolution checker, then inspect the editor preview for background boxes, transparent margins and missing white details. For a new coating or blank, test the transfer on that actual item before ordering a large run. A successful screen preview does not prove adhesion or wash durability.
Compare the same finished job in the shop
Order individual logo sizes or choose the UV DTF gang sheet product for a prepared layout. Compare the same 44 finished transfers in the worked example, including repeated designs and sheet copies. The number of uploaded files is not the number of physical pieces.
Review each size and quantity in the cart. If optional pre-cut finishing is available, check its per-piece charge and the resulting total. Transfer pre-cut separates the pieces; it does not add cups, packaging or other blank goods. Do not assume different sizes share a volume discount.
- Keep a size-and-quantity list alongside your artwork.
- Use distinct file names for different logo versions.
- Check the selected product says UV DTF, not garment DTF.
- Confirm every line and current total before payment.
Plan application and collection as separate jobs
These transfers are for suitable smooth hard surfaces. They are not fabric transfers, food-contact labels or a promise of compatibility with flexible bags, textured cardboard or every plastic. Keep artwork away from drinking rims. Do not advertise dishwasher safety or permanent outdoor life based on a general product example.
The stated same-day production cutoff is 6 PM Central Time on business days, excluding holidays and closures, for eligible paid orders with usable artwork. That is a production target. Allow for application and inspection after you receive the transfers; carrier transit is separate, and Houston pickup requires the pickup-ready confirmation.
Common questions
Does my logo transfer order include the decorated cups?
No. A UV DTF transfer order supplies the artwork for your own suitable hard goods. Count the blank items and the physical transfers separately.
Should I buy the same logo size for every product?
Only if an actual-size fit check works on every item. Prepare separate sizes when the usable areas differ, and review each size and quantity before ordering.
