Read the cutoff in Central Time
Our stated same-day production cutoff is 6 PM Central Time on business days, excluding holidays and closures. That describes production of an eligible paid order with usable artwork. It does not promise that a carrier will collect it that day or that you can arrive before receiving a pickup-ready confirmation.
Use the production message shown for your order. A payment problem, unusable file or production hold must be resolved before the job can proceed. For an event with a fixed deadline, plan the complete journey rather than relying only on the cutoff.

Wait for the pickup-ready message
Select local pickup in checkout and check the order contact details. After ordering, keep the confirmation and tracking link. Wait for the pickup-ready confirmation before visiting; a receipt or a production target is not the same message.
Confirm collection arrangements with the shop if you need a specific visit time. This page does not publish unverified opening hours or promise walk-in collection at any time of day. Bring your order reference so the team can identify the correct package.
Leave room for travel and transit
For shipping, enter the delivery address and review the available rates and estimated dates before paying. Production time and carrier transit are separate. A shipping label can exist before the carrier has the package.
For pickup, consider your travel time and the event setup time after collection. If the original artwork needs correction, contact the shop with your order reference and the real replacement file; do not assume that uploading a new image somewhere automatically changes an already paid order.

Does ordering before 6 PM mean my order ships today?
No. The cutoff describes production on business days. Carrier handoff and transit are separate, and the available delivery estimates are shown in the order flow.
Can I collect as soon as I receive the payment receipt?
Wait for the pickup-ready confirmation and check collection arrangements. A successful payment confirms the order, not that its package is ready to collect.
