Do not assume a chosen count means a custom mounting pattern, a particular spacing or a reinforced construction that has not been specified. Contact the shop before ordering if existing fixtures require an exact hole position.

Put the event or business name first, then the one piece of information someone needs next: a date, offer or direction. Make secondary details clearly subordinate. A crowded banner does not become easier to read just because it is large.
Keep essential text and logos inside the composition, clear of the outer edge and grommet area. Use the actual preview for the selected size. Without a production template, do not assume a generic margin measurement will suit every banner option.
Use a final information check
Read the design independently from the original document. Check dates, phone numbers, web addresses and any directional arrow. If you use a QR code, test it at a realistic physical size and viewing position; a screen-only test is not enough.
