Start with setup time, not just the event date
Write down the event name and when setup begins. A banner needed for a Saturday morning event may need to reach the venue on Friday, before anyone starts hanging it. The practical deadline is when the person installing the print needs the package in hand.
Choose whether you will collect the job or have it shipped. Keep artwork approval, production readiness and arrival or pickup as separate dates. A paid order or a shipping label does not mean the finished package has reached the venue.
Give each print item its own row
For every banner or sticker design, record the finished width and height, the measurement unit, the quantity and the intended location. Keep artwork proportions intact. Measure the mounting space or the item you will decorate instead of copying the dimensions of an unrelated example.
Use a separate row when the same logo needs a second size. Twenty small stickers and one large banner are different print items even if they share the same artwork. Count physical pieces, and confirm each cart line before payment.

Check the file before setting a production deadline
Locate the original artwork and inspect the text, date, phone number and any QR code. Check resolution at the actual finished size; enlarging a screenshot does not restore missing detail. Leave important lettering clear of banner mounting points and edges.

Confirm the actual pickup or shipping plan
For Houston pickup, wait for the pickup-ready confirmation before traveling to collect the package. For shipping, review the available carrier estimate in checkout and allow time for the package to reach the venue. Production and carrier transit are different steps.
If you have a fixed event deadline, contact the shop before ordering when you are unsure the available option will meet it. The dates you write in a planning worksheet are your requested milestones; they do not create a confirmed production or delivery promise.
